Booking: Appointments can be booked online up to 120 days in advance.
Child Policy: To ensure a relaxing a safe environment for all our guests, we ask that children under the age of 12 years old not accompany you to your appointments unless they too are receiving a service.
Cancelation Policy: We appreciate a 48 hour notice for all color service cancellations, and a 24 hour notice for all haircut appointments. This allows us enough time to offer that appointment to someone else. If you have a late cancel, your card on file will be charged 50% of the service cost as an exchange of time on the schedule. If you do not show up without giving notice, you will be charged the full amount of the service.
Refund Policy: If you are not fully satisfied with your service, please contact us within 5 days of the date of your service and we will happily adjust what is needed. There are no refunds on services rendered. Retail products are eligible for an exchange or full refund if the bottle has been unopened and unused.

We accept all major debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, Cash, and Venmo payments.
Gratuities are not expected, but always appreciated in the form of Cash, Venmo, Paypal, or Zelle. Tips cannot be added to the credit card transaction.

The salon building has a spacious lot where parking is easily accessible right outside the front door. Handicap spaces are available.
