Hannah has loved working in the salon since she started her first assistant job 8 years ago. Once she decided to become a hair stylist, she began her education at Paul Mitchell The School in Tyson Corner. After Paul Mitchell, she chose to continue her education through a more personalized apprenticeship program. Hannah loves being a hairstylist and is eager to share her passion for hair with every guest that sits down in her salon chair.

With a keen eye for tone and texture, she excels in both the art of balayage and traditional highlighting techniques. Whether it’s a bold transformation or a subtle refresh, Hannah approaches every service with care, creativity, and precision. She takes great pride in her work and truly loves making people feel beautiful.

Hannah may just be one of the biggest animal lovers you will ever meet. She has two dogs, one cat, and a ton of funny stories to go along with them. Hannah spends all her free time with her fiancé, her stepson, friends, and one super adorable little niece that she certainly can’t seem to get enough of.
Amanda Tolley

Amanda is a Warrenton native and is excited to bring her career back to the small town she loves so much. After 23 years in the industry, Amanda brings both experience and heart to her craft. Trained by renowned names like Vidal Sassoon, Redken, Toni & Guy, and Davines, she blends technical expertise with an artistic eye.
Amanda has been passionate about Davines haircare products for over 15 years, valuing the brand’s commitment to sustainability. She is devoted to creating a consistent, personalized experience for every guest, taking into account your lifestyle and offering her honest professional guidance.

Amanda specializes in natural, lived in color. Soft blondes with blended highlights, rich-toned brunettes, and a strong focus on styles that grow out beautifully and are easy to recreate at home. Amanda does both precision and razored haircuts.

Olivia Miller

Oliva has a passion for helping people feel confident and comfortable in their own hair - whether that’s embracing natural texture, rockin’ a fresh short cut, or finding the perfect, effortless color. She received all her technical training from Paul Mitchell The School in 2009 and has loved every day of her career since she began 16 years ago.
Olivia has extra certifications in Deva Curl cuts and Keratin Complex Smoothing Treatments.
She truly enjoys connecting with people and creating a welcoming, down-to-earth experience for everyone who sits in the salon chair.

Kaitlyn Dean

Kaitlyn’s approach behind the salon chair is rooted in a growth mindset, attention to detail, and a strong foundation in modern/trendy color and styles. With 2 years of hands-on experience, Kaitlyn brings passion, a balanced skillset, and creativity to her work every single day.
Kaitlyn is a licensed hairstylist after completing the cosmetology program through Unity Reed HS. She has continued to invest in herself and the growth of her skills through advanced education. Kaitlyn has trained with industry leaders such as Jamie Wiley, with a focus on updos and modern styling techniques. She also attended the Redken “Hair Boss” Trade Show in Richmond, in addition to participating in ongoing, in-salon training programs that emphasize precision techniques and elevated client experience.
Kaitlyn’s love for hair began at a young age, experimenting with color and styles on friends and family members. That curiosity very quickly evolved into a career behind the chair, and a very bright future in the industry.

Kaitlyn specializes in blonding, vivid fashion color, and lived-in looks, with a focus on creating customized results that complement each client’s lifestyle and personal style. She is especially drawn to dimensional color work - whether that’s bright, high-impact blonding, or soft, seamlessly blended tones that grow out beautifully.

Kaitlyn is a Virginia native from Haymarket and comes from a large, blended family with 2 older brothers. Outside of the salon, Kaitlyn enjoys spending time with her 2 pugs (Poppy and Finley), often taking them on fun adventures and loves their hilarious, mischievous personalities. She is a huge animal lover! She is highly creative and loves expressing that through doing her own nails, bullet journaling, and exploring new hobbies.
Tori Henson

Tori is a Master Stylist with 19 years of experience behind the chair, known for her precision, creativity, and deep commitment to her craft. Her advanced training in the Grund Razor Cutting System, Keratin Complex Smoothing Treatments, Deva Curl haircuts for curly textures, and certification in the French Cutting Method - all of which allow her to tailor each haircut to the individual’s natural movement and lifestyle. Tori exclusively works with Davines hair care and color products, drawn to the brand’s sustainability, performance, and naturally derived ingredients. She believes that truly great hair starts with healthy foundation and intentionally chosen products. Tori blends skill with artistry to deliver looks that are both sophisticated and manageable at home. Her goal is always to help the guests feel seen, confident, and beautiful inside and out.

When Tori is home with her family, she enjoys watching her 14-year-old daughter ride horses, and her 11-year-old son play baseball. She has 3 four-legged children that keep her busy as well. The dogs are a huge part of the family. Tori and her husband love to travel and relax on the beach. “Work hard to play hard” has been a fun life motto to live by.
